How do Eusta plans work?
Each plan covers a fixed period: 1 month, 2 months, 3 months, 6 months or 12 months. Every plan includes the full Eusta platform, so the only choice you make is how long you'd like to subscribe.
Do longer plans include more features?
No. Every plan includes the same features: your online store, product management, WhatsApp ordering, branding tools and page editors, the enquiries inbox and Click Analyser.
How much do I save with a longer plan?
Compared with paying for the 1-month plan repeatedly:

Does Eusta process payments for my customers?
No. Customers send you an enquiry on WhatsApp, and you confirm the order, payment and delivery with them directly in the chat.
Can my store show prices in other currencies?
Yes. In your store settings you can show product prices in Indian Rupees, US Dollars, Euros or British Pounds. Eusta's own plan prices are listed in Indian Rupees.
How do I renew or change my plan?
Your dashboard shows your current plan with its start and expiry dates. For renewals or plan changes, contact the Eusta team and we'll help you choose the right duration.
Do I get my own store link?
Yes. Your store has its own link on the Eusta platform that you can share on WhatsApp, on social media and anywhere else you talk to customers.
